I have checked to see if my phone Sony Xperia xa1 is compatible, it is not on the list but the previous model is and my new charge hr is not syncing. Is my phone just not compatible or is there something I can do? I would love to know if anyone who has the same model phone has had the same issue and if there is anything I can do or if I should just give up on it.

I have been using HR Charge and Charge 2, using Sony Xperia phone too. My sync problem appeared this morning after I updated the Fitbit Apps. Followed every steps and redid several times but could not resolved. I checked my bluetooth with other devices and ensured it's working. I eventually disconnected Charge 2 with my bluetooth, repair it, then syncing resumed. Hope this helps.
