Having the exact same problem for the last 3 days. Tried everything. The time being off is very annoying. Is it a coincidence this happens when the Charge 4 just came out? please fix this fitbit

I have the same problem. Restarted using charger cable and through settings on the device, cleared user data, still showing wrong time and wont sync

In fact I have removed it from the app, restarted, the app can find it but can't connect.

looks from the fact two folk came back so quickly with the same problem that it seems to be an issue. This is the second (and last) Charge 3 I have had to do this. The one I have just now is a replacement Fitbit customer service sent to me when the other did the same. Wish I had taken the refund offered at the time

Having the same problem as you, 2nd charge 3 not sure I’ll be accepting a third one as obviously issues still.

Several months ago my (2nd) Charge 2 stopped syncing. After trying every suggestion nothing worked. I figured it was broken and/or had gotten wet. So I got a new Charge 3. It has worked great up until this week (four days ago). Now it has stopped syncing. I have tried every suggested option of restarting the Charge and/or my iPhone, reloading software (firmware, phone app), turning on and off Bluetooth. The last thing I tried was deleting the Charge 3 from my account (the Charge 2 has been long removed). Now when I go through the New Device Setup in the App, it gets to the page where it says "We found your tracker!" with a big checkmark in the middle. However, the spinning "wait' symbol never stops, and "Connecting to tracker..." never seems to succeed no matter how long I wait.
I'm starting to think that FitBits are flakey devices that just don't last long. I hope someone at FitBit can prove me wrong.

I got my Charge 3 for Christmas 2019 so still pretty new. It's worked great except for a week now, it's lost time and only started showing the correct time after I manually sync it which I've been doing every morning. Now it's not syncing at all and the app on my iphone isn't finding it. I tried forgetting the device in bluetooth, rebooting the fitbit, restarting my phone and still tried to connect but there it stops. The app on my phone says it's found my tracker and then says "connecting...." but with no results like a number to pair. It's been a great tracker for these nine months though with the battery lasting seven to eight days.
