I have a problem with my fitbit charge 4 it is happened again after I claimed 2 or 3 times before but know I am disappointed of it is happened again. I’ve never had problem with my old device fitbit charge 3 then I decided to get a newest version but I haven’t got idea it will be broken as many times! Well, this time hope you could help me resolving my problem.

Could you please describe what's wrong with your Charge 4, so that the Community can have a better look at your case.

thanks for responding me . Well, it is a problem with the part to which the band is attached (top) does not hold properly and the band is unfastened all the time. I am addicted to wearing my fitbit all the time but now when it’s not holding on my wrist I can’t wear it 😖
