no reset

Fitbit will not reset. It started june 1st. So nothing to do with the time change, any help? I have turned off and back on 3 times and nothing.

What exatly do you mean by "reset" that it won't do?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
