not enough data when registering activity

hello,

 

a couple of weeks ago my charge hr consistently failing to record activity.

 

details:

* i start a new run in the fitbit app (ios)

* when i am about to finish everything looks fine. it got correct time, pace and distance on the screen

* i stop the activity on the screen

* the activity shows up with the correct time spent, but starting time an hour to early, just a few hundred meters of distance and "not enough data available" for everything else except the map which correctly reflects the run

 

* a little bit later i get an automatically detected entry of a run during the correct time with available and correct data (but no map data, naturally)

 

i have restarted the charge hr several times to no effect.

 

anything else i can try?

I’m also having similar issues. I just started the couch to 5k yesterday and I’m disappointed it’s not tracking properly on my Fitbit!
