screen black and vibrates continuously

My Fitbit 3 went black yesterday and continued to pulse vibrate.  I tried to reset on charger but screen still does not work and is black.  When I tried to reset again today it continues to vibrate until I tap the black screen.  Screen still is not working. Help!
