why did I stop getting a sleep score?

What tracker do you have? The Charge 2 should not have a sleep score.

My charge 2 has had a sleep score until a few days ago. I also noticed that my fitbit is no longer tracking my heartrate.  I am wondering if they are one in the same problem.

That is correct, no heart rate. - no sleep stages. - no sleep score.

I am having a similar issue.  I can’t view my sleep score and heart rate in the app.  I have a charge 2.  It was visible until a few days ago.

Hi, I have Versa and my Sleep Score disappeared very recently. I have no idea what they have done when the dashboard was updated. I am not happy with this change.

The only time I am able to get my sleep score is when I got an error that says "The server did not allow that sleep to be logged".

Why are we not getting a sleep score and heart rate that is why I purchase this model
