Charge HR is stuck at updating. any ideas?

Fitbit have a troubleshooting guide for updating problems. You can find it at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047/ I hope it helps sort the problem out.

Hi,

 

I figured it out. The bluetooth connection wasn't working. I made the iPhone forget the HR then, re-added it. Working fine now. Thanks
