syncing in competitions

Hi, my fitbit is not typing the full status report on the competitions.

example : Name snacked the title from

                 Name and Name are on

                 Step goal complete. Three cheers

it just never finishes the sentences. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn't do anything.

Hello @samanthasblack and a warm welcome.  You are describing what seems like an app issue, not a device issue.  What type of phone to you use?  Does happen on all Challenges or just some of them?  Can you post a screen shot of an example?

Like, I said, this sounds like an app issue and I would like to move this thread to a better forum that might get you help.
