values shown on y axis in exercise display

In the heart rate display for a given exercise I complete, the values on y axis appear to be random. Not the heart rate itself. I'm speaking of the three values shown with accompanying horizontal lines. For a specific completed exercise, why are these three values shown with lines not the breakpoints distinguishing fat burn, cardio, and peak zones for my specific age (70% and 85% of max HR)? That's what's shown in the heart rate mode. I understand it's possible to make custom zones. One would assume that the default should be breakpoints between 70 and 85%.

Correction. 70% and 85% max HR is not shown in heart rate mode. Those y values with horizontal lines do not reflect my specific fat burn, cardio, and peak HR zones. If I do a custom setting, does that just get used to estimate duration, or will it also change the y axis numbers shown. That's what I'd like to see.
