I purchased my Fitbit Inspire HR today, and it will only charge to 88%. Why?

How are you charging it?  When I charge from the charger on my computer, it goes to 100%.  But I have a second charger cord on a powerbank, and when I use that, it never goes beyond 89%.

I started charging it through a USB port connected to my couch. When it
stopped at 88%, I moved it to a computer. I will try with the computer when
the battery gets low. Thank you.😊
