Hello,
My Fitbit app count 50 calories per hour but I doesn’t have my Inspire HR… But even if I have it, it count 50 + calories that I burned and it show it to my watch but I don’t know how it can detect that I burn calories when my watch were doesn’t paired.
Can you help me pls ?

@mathisdcco Fitbit uses your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) plus calories burned through activity to calculate the total calories you burn. BMR is the energy that your body uses to stay alive.
BMR is calculated based on data like height, weight, and age, which you have entered into the Fitbit app. The app is then able to determine your BMR.
The calories from BMR will appear in the app even if you are not wearing your Fitbit, because they do not depend on data from your device. Apparently, Fitbit has decided that your BMR is 50 calories per hour.
