My puppy chewed my Fit Bit One, so I had to get a new Fit Bit   I decided on a Inspire HR. Can I add it to my 10 year history or do I need to open up a new app on my phone and computer to accommodate the Inspire HR.    OH  and where the dickens is the instructions for the Inspire HR set up ????

You can just delete the One from your account and add the new Fitbit on your existing account. Your history will be there. We're here if you need anything.
