Can I add my indoor exercise bike to the options like walk, run?

Welcome to the forums!

 

You can only add what is listed under exercise shortcuts. And this is not one of them.

 

I just Manually add it as Bike and input what the Bike tells me.

 

You could add Bike to the Shortcuts and use it that way as well
