I've just purchased 2 fitbit inspire for my kids, I have a fitbit charge 2 that is set up on my Samsung. I have set up the kids fitbit inspire now but when I checked my son's new fitbit it says he has the same amount of steps, sleep, etc even though he hasn't used it yet. 

Is thr anyway of fixing this?? I was hoping to have all on the one device or do I need to set them up on a seperate device?

A few issues:

Are your kids at least 12 years old? If not, they cannot have their own accounts.  You have to set up a family account, but family accounts only work for Ace and Ace 2.

 

If they are at least 12, each user has to have own account/email.  If you need to have them on same phone, the only way is to keep logging out and in to different account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
