This is definitely not solved, I have the same issue with my Sense 2.
This is a core feature and seeing that this is not fixed over several generations and software updates, I wonder how this isn't solved yet.

My charge 5 alarms no longer function after three months of usage. It isn't very pleasant experience, and it is definitely an issue for Fitbit's products.

I’m having the same problem with my versa.? I’ve had it for a couple years. It just recently stopped working. I’m going to try the reset. I also have to rest almost every time I sync. It’s so annoying!!

This is happening to me on Versa 4, only had it a couple of months. Going to try resetting now. Cannot believe this issue hasn’t been fixed in all this time!

Same here. The silent alarm is one of the selling features to me. I’m very dissatisfied.
I agree. We need a firmware update.
Hi. I was just talking to Fitbit support on chat. One feature I use is the scheduled mode. It puts the Fitbit to sleep for set period. I have been using this feature since I got the Fitbit. I’m wondering if this is why the alarm is unreliable. It’s the only feature that does not claim that vibration alarms won’t be affected. My scheduled mode was set from 11pm to 7am. I am wondering if the smart wake was trying to wake me up before the sleep schedule ended. I’m going to test this now by turning off scheduled mode, as I have set a secondary alarm on my phone incase. I will post an update.
