Inspire 2 saying 'no internet connection'

Did anyone go through an issue like the Fitbit app shows " No Internet Connection" while trying to change watch faces or clock design, or the app on it?. Much appreciated if anyone could help me out. Thank you!   Moderator edit: clarified subject.
