Hello,
My Inspire 2 is working; it sends data to my phone app, but the screen is dark. There is no display setting in my app settings on the phone. When I try to restart it, nothing happens. I don't get the battery icon and smiley face when I put it on the charger. While wearing it, it vibrates and makes a humming sound. If I select reset in the app on the phone, I won't be able to pair it because I can't see the pairing code on the phone! Is there a way to do a factory reset so that if my display settings were turned off, it would return to the default setting? Also, with all the vibrating and humming, it uses a full battery charge in less than one day!
Thanks for any help,
Ron

Hello, I am currently having this same issue. After swimming with it I thought maybe it was stuck in water lock but my screen is black and I double clicked to get it out of water lock if that’s the case. I have tried restarting by holding the side buttons and the smiley face does appear, but nothing happens after. I have also tried changing the clock display but nothing shows. It is still responding to my touch and periodically vibrates very quickly for about 10 seconds at a time. On or off my wrist. Fully charged. Please let me know if there is a fix, thank you!

Does your tracker show condensation? Have you noticed if it's charging?
Please try syncing your device in the Fitbit app:

Hello, after a few days of letting the watch sit I was able to charge it and the screen turned back on. It is syncing with the app and all features are working. The only issue now is that the battery is dying faster than usual. Usually it could last days from a full charge now it is dying at the end of each day. I’ve had this watch for at least two years now is this normal? Or caused by damage? Thank you
