Inspire 2 screen flickering

The small icons (heart rate / steps etc) are continually flashing through them all and not staying on one! This uses the battery up super fast and is really quite annoying! I have tried rebooting it (pressing the 2 side buttons until the smiley face appears) but it doesn’t seem to have rectified the problem.

 

I have had this since October 2023. Does it have a short shelf life? 

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Smiler1980    Have you tried a different clock face?  Not a guarantee, just a suggestion.

Thank you for the suggestion. I had already tried this after reading a previous post. This morning I tried rebooting again and I just had a blank face! Managed to find an online chat with them and I am still under warranty, so they are going to send out a new face! Great result and customer service from them!

In my experience the inspire series run longer than the charge series. Even though it is much cheaper. Mom uses the inspire & is quite happy with it.

I love mine which is why I was gutted it stopped working! It is also the only style I am allowed to wear to work..there are a lot of different styles and brands that are not allowed! I also love it as it is a slim watch / fitness tracker! Hopefully it won’t take long for my replacement to arrive
