Thank you so much for letting us know that your tracker only shows the activation date.
I suggest you try to do the following:
- Restart your tracker, please view: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Change the clock face:
- With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then the devices icon and then your tracker.
- Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
- Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install.
- Sync your tracker with the Fitbit app.
