Hi, I keep trying to turn on the All-Day sync setting so notifications are sent to my Fitbit but it won’t connect. It was working this morning. I’ve checked the Bluetooth is on and keep clicking to turn it on but it looks like it’s doin g something but it’s not. Please help! I just got it yesterday and don’t want to have a bad start to owning my first Fitbit!

Hi @NicoleGV What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
You dont actually need All Day Sync on to receive notifications, by the way. It sounds like it could be a compatability problem
