Animal clock faces not working

Every time I try to get the animal clock faces it comes up with a message saying “you cannot download this clock on your device” I’ve tried uninstalling the app, updating my Fitbit, my phone and Fitbit are compatible for the face and are completely up to date, I tried replacing my Fitbit on the app, nothing has worked.

I have the same issue. Anyone know how to fix it?

I fixed it by first updating my firmware, restarting my phone and toggling my Bluetooth on and off. I thought my Fitbit  was connected to the Bluetooth on my phone, but turned out it was not connected causing the error.
