After over a month and seven phone calls to support over my Inspire 2 not tracking most things (see other posts) they finally sent me a replacement. Got the bands changed, got it charged, got it set up, and this one the side buttons only respond every 10 to 20 presses. It shows the time just fine tilting my wrist and swipes just fine but you can't back up without pressing it a dozen or so times or just letting it go blank on its own. I can't seem to get my phone to pair with this one either. Paired to the previous one just fine.
Stellar quality control. Two for two. I guess I'll see if third time is a charm.
