Did a search but didn't find a specific answer for the inspire 2.

I go for long bike rides and 1/2 way through usually pause for 10 minutes or so.

 

Does it automatically pause the workout and then resume itself when I start moving again?

It stops tracking for me when I stop moving or is my heart rate isn't high enough for the zone minutes feature. So for your question, that probably is true.

 

If it isn't tracking when your moving, don't hesitate to make another post, or reply.
