BPM is not accurate.

My bpm stopped all together. I started using it on a clip about a month ago with no issues. But now. Nothing!

I keep seeing that it need make sure I’ve changed setting from clip to wrist, but I don’t even see that 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:

There was a firmware update to my inspire 2 and almost immediately afterward I started noticing my fitbit would be recording skyrocketed levels of my bpm. I thought maybe it was just a temporary glitch but then my sister (who got an inspire 9 months or so after me) reached out to me asking if I’d noticed the same thing. She also had a firmware update to the device and noticed really high BPMs that actually scared her.

Got an Inspire 2 as a gift for a month and I thought I am the only one with this BPM issue, a simple treadmill run will record BPM if 190! 
When are we going to have a fix on this??
