I’ve had my inspire2 since Xmas 2021. I was very happy with it at first. After around 3 weeks it stopped lighting up during the day. I’ve tried everything to fix this and it still doesn’t work. This means during the day I’m unable to see the screen when I’m outside which is really annoying ! Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Have you tried restarting your Inspire 2? That might fix the issue. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. You will not lose any of your data doing a restart.

Is it possible that you accidentally turn off your heart rate button? Please double check that your Inspire 2's heart rate settings are turned on by going into the Settings app on your tracker. Also, if your Inspire 2 is set to "On Clip" mode the heart-rate tracking along with other features will turned off. Make sure it’s enabled to “wrist settings”. The "On Clip" and "On Wrist" features will be found in the "Quick Settings". To access them press and hold the buttons on Inspire 2 and tap those settings to adjust them.
