Band design flaw

Fitbit replaced my first inspire band with the exact same band that still doesn't work. Need a second person to attach it or I can't get the peg to stay in the hole on the band. Too expensive a product to work so poorly. Chat support directed me to retailers who sell bands, and instructions for changing the band.

I could not get the band to close, plus I hated the feel. Got a leather watch band from Amazon. There are many compatible bands and putting on a new one is not difficult.
