I love the barcode scanner, but it only works on products in America. I live in france a lot,  the barcode scanner does not work on European products. Is there a software update for European products?  Thanks

Hello @mpofun and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  If you are scanning food barcodes for the food you eat, Fitbit offers several food databases in the app.  Tap on your profile avatar > Activity & Wellness > Nutrition & Weight > Food Database > France.  From time to time, users complain of some errors and missing items.  Just be prepared for that.
