Basic App features disappeared

I have an inspire and it stopped tracking steps and sleep on app. It only shows calories burned. I had problems last week not getting text notification and had to mess around with that to get it working. If I reinstall, I am worried about two things. I don’t remember my password or username and it looks like they want me to buy the “premium” app. Have had a Fitbit for 6-7 years and never had to buy an app for basic functions.

On phone app, tap 'Edit' button.  That should show Steps circle near top to add back.

Scroll down to Additional Stats t hopefully see Sleep to add back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I do not get back Sleep with this information (Edit button), it is not visible there...

sorry, just to clarify, you have the tile but the actual stats are missing or you don't have the tile at all? to add the tile follow the instructions Johnny gave, if your data is missing then try clicking on the tile just to make sure it isn't "hidden" from you for some reason. Sometimes my stats don't come up and when I click into the tile they are there. Also, do you have them on your tracker? if you do, there may be an incomplete synch. I have premium, but I don't think you need it for sleep stats. You for sure don't need it for steps.

Hi - your tips are not working for me. I can only see calories and exercise. How can I get my data back. I’ve been Fitbit since 2017

I have a feeling that your tracker is no longer connected to your account. Please check under your profile picture (top left of Fitbit app) if the device is listed.

Hi thanks to fitbit - this was all sorted earlier this week. I had to
reconnect my device.
