Battery life

Very disappointed with battery life, I’m working with them now to track issue as it lasts a day. Even if it gets to 3 days, it seems unreasonable for a fitness  tracker to last only  3 days, I had the older model and it lasted much longer and my husbands Garmin lasts a full 5 days. Any other suggestions of features to shut off?

@DMP9 If you haven't already, turn off all-day sync.  That should help preserve battery life.

Hi @DMP9, I would turn off any notifications and if you have your device on "All Day Sync", I would turn that off as well.  Both these options drain battery on your phone and your device.
