My bicycle rides are not being recognized on my Fitbit inspire. It is set to auto recognize but it doesn’t pick them up. My husbands does work

Hi @Kemw , thank you for informing us about the situation with SmartTrack

 

There could be different reasons why your rides were not recorded or recognized.

 

E.g. the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.

You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so it could be that the tracker "thought" that the exercise was over.

 

I recommend that you restart your tracker and set the start times for the activities differently. E.g. for walk, set to 10 minutes, run to 15, outdoor bike rides to 20, etc. and / or to ignore the activities you don't use.
