Black screen

All of a sudden my screen went completely black! It's fully charged and updated. I tried holding the button for 15 seconds but nothing. It's only a month old. Help!

Hi @ebaker7, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having with the screen of your Inspire HR that is completely black and the steps that you already tried. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've completed the restart procedure as described in this help article, the button should be pressed for 5 seconds to complete the restart with Inspire and Inspire HR. 

 

In addition, make sure to try changing the clock face option that you've selected on your Fitbit device by following the steps listed here, this has been helpful for other users experiencing something similar.
