I’d love to track sleep with my Inspire HR but every time I move my arm it lights up really bright. I have to be conscious of it not to wake my husband which wakes me even more.
A brightness setting or a way to turn off the light up when you move your arm feature would be a great feature.
What do others do to make this work for them?

Hi @AnnaMarieW a few people have posted about trying to cover the Fitbit while sleeping. You could use a large sport headband or one of those wristband types used for playing tennis. They wouldn't be too uncomfortable to sleep in, but would block the light from disturbing you. Let us know what you do that works.

I had this same problem a few months ago, I learned there’s a light shutoff.
Scroll to your steps screen on your Fitbit, hold the side button down and you should see a light bulb under your battery percent level, tap the light bulb and you should get a line across it and the light bulb goes dim, do the reverse to turn it back on.
I will say getting to that light function on my Fitbit can be challenging at times, sometimes the first time I try I get the light bulb screen to stay, other times I have to re-do the step over and over to get it to stay.

Did you go to the settings and use the Dim light feature? As well as the sleep mode schedule? It’s been really bright for me as well. I just changed the settings on mine.
