I bought a Fitbit inspire HR in may of 2020.
About a month ago, my screen completely stopped showing any data including time, steps, ect.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting of holding the button, deleting the app, charging it for extended times, and waiting to see if it would work again and it still doesn’t display any information.

Is there anything I can do to help this issue besides what I’ve tried? Is this still under a warranty of two years.
I am very upset to have spent over $100 on something that lasted barely over a year.

Thank you for your help and time.

Hi Mkauf12,

The same thing happened to my inspire HR too, a week ago! Mine was two years old and was working perfectly fine! I did all the troubleshooting that I knew, it didn't work! I called Fitbit and after doing some more troubleshooting, they told me the watch was gone and I had to discard it! It's disappointing that they don't repair the products! Warranty is one year as much as I know! Please see the copied warranty terms and conditions from Fitbit below.

good luck,

Gitanoush.

Thanks for your response.  They told me the same thing.
Pretty frustrating to have something that expensive no last more than 18 months. Wondering if that is a common issue with Fitbit products before I become a customer again.
