Calorie Tracking Accuracy: Apple Watch 3 vs Fitbit Inspire

Does anyone have any opinions on which is more accurate for calculating calorie burn, a Fitbit Inspire without a heart rate monitor or an Apple Watch 3?  I already own an Apple Watch 3.  I'm receiving a free Fitbit as part of the HealthSlate Diabetes Prevention Program.  I asked my coach, who is a registered dietitian, but she didn't have an opinion in the matter.

Hi @keengkong  If the Apple Watch has a Heart Rate monitor it will be more accurate re calorie burn than an Inspire. I am not sure if it would be more accurate than the Inspire HR though (but I have never had an Apple Watch so dont really know!
