Recently bought Fitbit Inspire for my daughter. Works fine except we can't change the clockfaces. The app shows the options for the clockfaces but once selected, it doesn't go any further. Tried resetting it a few times but it didn't help. Help
I just replaced my Alta HR with the Inspire. Called Fitbit and changing clock faces is an issue. You can't do a horizontal clock either. With the short charger that doesn't stay hooked and being unable to read the steps, I sent mine back and replaced with another Alta HR.
Best AnswerAbsolutely. Everything else seems to work. It syncs perfectly and I even receive notifications. It's just the clockfaces that I couldn't change and exactly as you said it keeps spinning and nothing happens.
Best AnswerWell in our case, we couldn't change the clockfaces altogether. Everything else works fine but when you select a clockfaces and hit select it keeps spinning and doesn't go any further.
Best AnswerExactly. Can't change clock faces at all. It just keeps spinning. An issue with the Inspire, according to Fitbit. Also, a poor selection on clock faces compared to Alta. There were many other features I did like.
