Recently bought Fitbit Inspire for my daughter. Works fine except we can't change the clockfaces. The app shows the options for the clockfaces but once selected, it doesn't go any further. Tried resetting it a few times but it didn't help. Help

Same it just spins like its loading when I tap the clock face I want.

I just replaced my Alta HR with the Inspire. Called Fitbit and changing clock faces is an issue. You can't do a horizontal clock either. With the short charger that doesn't stay hooked and being unable to read the steps, I sent mine back and replaced with another Alta HR.

Absolutely. Everything else seems to work. It syncs perfectly and I even receive notifications. It's just the clockfaces that I couldn't change and exactly as you said it keeps spinning and nothing happens.

Well in our case, we couldn't change the clockfaces altogether. Everything else works fine but when you select a clockfaces and hit select it keeps spinning and doesn't go any further.

Exactly. Can't change clock faces at all. It just keeps spinning. An issue with the Inspire, according to Fitbit. Also, a poor selection on clock faces compared to Alta. There were many other features I did like.

So you did reach out to Fitbit? Did they even try to resolve this issue?

Yes, talked to Fitbit. Of course, they had me try this, try that, then put me on hold. Came back and said it was an issue and they're working on it.
