Can't pair bluetooth

I have Inspire and Inspire HD my Bluetooth on my old Samsung S9 worked fine. Now that I have gotten a new phone a Nkte 10 plus the Bluetooth has not worked right. Every time I try to pair it up with the phone it says couldn't pair check the device again. This is so frustrating because it syncs my steps and my goals but I am not getting any text messages, phone calls, or any calender alerts. Please help I'm not too computer savvy and I just want this to work because I work at place where I can't look at my phone all the time.

Hi @Missladypink  Unfortunately I dont see your new phone on the Supported Devices List which may well be the source of your problems (in fact I have never even heard of it - which probably doesnt mean much)

All you can do is go tjrough the suggeations in THIS Help Article on notification problems
