Cannot swipe on screen

The only thing that shows on my fitbit is the owl and the time.  I try to swipe to find the other info but the fitbit will not swipe.  I've tried the left button (to no avail) and tried plugging it in to recharge.  Nothing helps.  I want to be able to swipe to see my steps et al.

Mine is doing the same thing. I charged to 100% Hit power button. I can read everything on my phone... its still syncing. But can't swipe screen. If we both have the issue... then most likely a bug and not phone defect. But i am nearing my 30 day return policy, so if they don't fix it soon.... will take it back to store.

I got mine to work.  I plugged it to the adapter and held down the left button for 5 seconds.  Now everything swipes.  Try it and let me know it that helped.
