Cannot sync or update - Tried everything I can think of

I have had my fitbit Inspire HR for a few weeks now. It has always connected and synced properly with my phone. All of a sudden it stopped syncing and now I cannot sync it and I cannot install the update. 

 

I have: 

- restarted my fitbit

- restarted my phone

- restarted my bluetooth (manually went in through settings) 

 

After turning everything off and on again, my fitbit still wont connect.

Hi @bvippolito  Whatphone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I'm having the same problem.  The update failed and then my tracker wouldn't sync.  Keep getting a message saying it's my bluetooth.  Have done the troubleshooting steps repeatedly. I now have the tracker removed from my account and can't set it up on my computer or my phone.  What do I do now?
