Charging issue

There is seriously issues with the charging of the Fitbit Inspire.

The device simply don charge. It will just keep vibrating every now and then even though it is connected to the charger.

To connect fitbit inspire to the charge will take at least 15 minutes...but that is not the end of the story. The connection usually goes off after less than half a minute and the device don charge anymore.

Initially, i was lazy to post a feedback and thought that I do not know how to connect inspire with the charger. But after two months.. the issue got worse. Now my inspire cant even connect. I search for help and realize that this is such a common problem among all inspire user. Despite that, there is no clear instruction from fitbit on how to ressolve this.

Never have such issue with Alta HR (which is discontinued)

Disappointed with such a lousy device.

Hi @weiwei27,

It sounds like the issue is with the charger itself.  It sounds like you may have a battery issue as well.  Have you contacted Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asked for a Battery Test?

I seem to have the same problem. Unless I sit and physically hold the charger to my Fitbit, I don't get a full charge. I'm lucky if I get it to charge to 25%.

I feel this is a bad design for charging. Never had a charging issue with my Max Buzz, which you actually plugged into the charger.

This was a gift, but I'm kinda disappointed in the product. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to ship from NJ.
