My daughter bought me a Fitbit inspire for Christmas 2019. It is now January 2020 and my notifications are not working. They worked when I first
receive it but doesn’t work any longer. I am updated and I have followed the instructions for my IPhone 8 with iOS 13.3 still nothing. Try to
connect to customer support
says can connect at this time. I really like this device but I’m also very disappointed. Somebody help!!!!

My boyfriend had the same issue after he got his earlier in the month. I think we used this thread to fix the issue. It has worked ever since. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979#iOS_quicktips
