Connectivity Issue

My phone is an LG G6 Plus. I can't seem to update my Inspire HR settings or preferences which I just bought from Changi Airport 2 days ago. Eventhough my phone is placed right beside the Inspire HR, I still get error messages on my phone that it is unable to connect due to :

  • No Internet connection
  • Unable to link due to distance between the 2 devices

Hi @IdleQueen79  Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List and this is possibly why you are having problems. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
