Contradictory bpm stats ?

Hi,

I logged an elliptical workout in real time yesterday and the summary of the logged exercise on the app states that the max bpm I reached was 194. When I click on the general heart beat icon which shows my bpm stats for the entire day and I look at the same exact time that I was on the elliptical (supposedly getting my bpm to 194) it lists my bpm as only getting to 169.

Is there something I'm missing or not understanding about these conflicting summaries, one of which appears to be off by 25 bpm? I've only had my Inspire HR for 10 days. Also the synced phone is a galaxy s9, dunno if that is relevant.

Any explanation/info appreciated!

An all-day graph on phone cannot show every single heart rate reading.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
