Days of Exercise not syncing

I've exercised each day this week and while the Fitbit app is showing 4 days, the watch will not sync with the app and it keeps indicating that I've only exercised once this week. I have my goals set to 3x per week, and while the app says 4 of 3 days, the watch still reads 1 of 3.

Are you sure you did a complete sync of the watch?
