My HR can be charged but then when I removed from the charger and wearing it, it doesn't display anymore.

I tried to reset, pressed the button on charger for 12 seconds but no code comes out. then it continues charging.

Last night , seems even worse. the Fitball with fully charged and went out of battery after 1 hour. Please also informt he tech support and let me know ASAP what should I do. Thank you
