Display too dim

I don't know where to start- I never turned the dim screen on but I can hardly see the apps bc it's so dark. I ensured that the setting was not changed. The font seems to have also gotten smaller after the update. I can feel the device vibrating on my wrist. I tried rebooting it, to no avail. I don't know what to do but this device isn't even 6 months old and it's really disappointing.
