Got a new fitbit, created an account, there is data logged there from two years ago. How do I remove all this?

If you are talking about calories only, and they are the same for every day, those are your BMR (basal metabolic) rate calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  They are always credited, even when not wearing the tracker.  And they are there back into history.   I don't think there is any way to get rid of them in the past - just ignore them.

See How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
