Error as HTTP 409 Conflict when connecting Inspire HR

I have corporate Wellness Prog, managed by Virgin Pulse, when I try to map my Fitbit Inspire HR, it gives can't add device with Error as HTTP 409 Conflict. Can you help, I have also reached out to Virgin Pulse, but, adding device I need to sign in via FitBit log in, so raised ticket with You.

I'd like to give you a hand with this issue. Are you also part of a Corporate Wellness Program with Fitbit? Can you give more details of the the problem that you're having with this error message?

Yes I am with a corporate wellness program but with virgin pulse. I am trying to connect my fit bit to my virgin pulse account and keep getting this error.

I am also receiving this error message when trying to connect my inspire hr to my employer wellness program, Virgin Pulse. Can this be fixed?
