The GPS map associated with my workouts (running or walking) stopped displaying about a week ago. I have the app on both my phone (SamSung S10) and my iPad. The map appears on neither after the same date. My gos location setting is on “all the time”. The Fitbit version on my iPad is 3.59, and on my phone is 3.58. Both devices indicate they have the latest update. I really like this feature and have no idea to correct the problem. Nothing has been changed on either of my devices. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with the GPS map and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
In this case, I would recommend following the best practices and troubleshooting steps provided in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".
In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Inspire 2 by following these steps.

This is not helpful and did not resolve the issue. I have the same problem with my Inspire 2. It tracked a walk last night with no problem and the map dispkayed just fine. Today, nothing. Nothing has changed and there's no reason the maps should have stopped displaying. What is the actual issue and how can it be resolved?

If you haven't done so, please log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back into the Fitbit app.
In addition, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
