Walking data is just wrong. Distance and thus pace are inaccurate. Also, heart rate is clocking much faster than is true. I know this because of comparison to exact same walks from about a month ago.

Hi Charich,
For heartrate best you can do is make sure it's tight and not loose like a bracelet watch.
For stride accuracy this is the article I dialed in my own settings with great results:
